On a rainy day during the holidays, my son was on TikTok. There after which he suddenly got up, got some paper, markers and scissors and started drawing and cutting.
15 minutes later he had recreated a game he had seen on TikTok. A Tic-Tac-Toe variant in which you can also place on an already occupied place under certain conditions.
The rules were simple. There is a 3×3 game board and each player gets 2 small, 2 medium and 2 large pieces of paper. The game is played as Tic-Tac-Toe. But a larger piece of paper can be placed on top of a smaller one. The medium may be placed on the small and the large may be placed on a medium (or small).
It was a fun and nice simple game that could often be played. When I got back home, I just made a ‘better’ version of it. One that it is clearer to see if a large piece can be played.
Some drawing in Fusio360 and a few hours of work for the Snapmaker 2.0.
This is the result
